It’s almost 2016, and I love end of year lists. I thought I would leave you (and 2015) with an interesting read from Fast Company on the world’s most innovative companies in 2015 in retail. You might be surprised when you see some of the companies that made the list.
As the retail landscape changes, so must companies. Where do you focus your business: e-commerce or brick and mortar store? Or both? There’s a lot of data being collected from consumers both online and in store. How do companies leverage it effectively? It will be interesting to see what 2016 brings.
